A Home for Artists, Creators, and Performers
Nestled in Midtown Manhattan’s Theater District, Andy’s Rehearsal Studios are a family-owned rehearsal and performance space that supports the artistic community with budget-friendly studio rentals and exceptional service. Designed with singers, actors, musicians, and coaches in mind, our studios are clean, comfortable, and fully equipped — including grand and upright pianos — for everything from solo practice to full-scale workshops and recitals.
Open 7 days a week from 10AM–10PM, we offer flexible booking by the hour, day, or week.
You Can Use Our Space For:
Rehearsal Spaces
Private or group rehearsals for music, theater, and dance. All studios include seating, mirrors, and pianos in select rooms.
Audition Rooms
Quiet, acoustically sound spaces for professional auditioning, with a variety of room sizes to match your needs.
Acting & Vocal Coaching
Perfect for one-on-one sessions or small group coaching in a distraction-free environment.
Workshops & Classes
Host acting intensives, vocal technique seminars, improv classes, or music theory sessions.
Readings & Recitals
Comfortable and affordable venues for table reads, poetry nights, open mics, or student showcases.

Our Studios
Payment Policies:
– First-time renters must pay by cash or credit card.
– Checks accepted after two successful payments.
– $30 fee for returned checks.
– Invoices include deposit due dates. Running accounts can make monthly payments upon approval.
